Is Gold L3 a testnet? I wasn’t aware there a production-ready L3 on base yet.

Cool yea I wasn’t sure. Did you use the Conduit services to spin up the L3 or did it yourself? Looking to experiment with L3 on base and want to share some tech docs/insights with my Eng team. Appreciate any help.
