social interactions have a lot nuance (eg define it) so will try to tread carefully: if the financial aspects are explicit and known by all parties beforehand, it can improve the social part, otherwise, it feels fake, scammy, etc. irl example: about 10 years, i made a deal w my grandma to manage her properties via airbnb. this improved our relationship significantly because we had to talk so much more. initially we would only talk about biz but (naturally) overtime these convos were about life in general. effectively 100xing our convo time. one might argue that we shouldn't need this to have better relationships but w/e, we're both happier afterwards. 'url' example: /nouns-animators financial incentives are explicit. folks post in the channel nouns related work and earn some eth. initially, it is strictly transactional. overtime, the relationship has grown to have meaning. and both parties (animators and nouns) are better off.
