Please notice my tips tend to go towards genuine content vs people who ask for it.

Yeah, tips are nice and all, but its really just that, a tip. You can't expect it in every interaction. Its a bonus on top of the conversation/connections that the system encourages you to make. Not like anyone is serving you a meal and waiting for the 15%. Although a frame that sends me coffee sounds kind of awesome.
