One question people ask me often is "why haven't you expanded out of farcaster yet"?

Focus. Focus is a superpower, because we can only do a few things really well. Designing for all platforms from the start, especially before PMF, is the opposite of focus, bc each one comes with a different set of trade-offs, surface areas, and users.

Instead, my strategy is to build an insanely great product on one platform, nail the core value prop, and then expand outward based on where my customers' audiences are.
