What's your process for testing new ideas? I try not to have new ideas. I have 20+ project pages in notion where I collect evidence of pain. I gradually build up a case study with people who would be first customers. When I do though, as long as I can build it, I’ll share something that tests willingness to pay.

Love this. I like that you have a process of creation, that is mindful, methodical, so you have time to process the opportunity and most importantly the execution.
