I would describe it as an umami, soy sauce, sweet but way less than a teriyaki, its more subtle, and lots of smoke.

Oh bummer, I be back in Wisconsin in November. I'll be in Hawaii 9/10-9/24 and then back around dec 20th for a month. After the first one, maybe there can be one sometime in early-mid January 🤙
