I love names. There is just something magical about the pointers we use as humans to reference complex ideas Anyway, this cast is just an excuse to say that I think Pathfinder is one of the coolest names for a military school I’ve found 🫡 https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/United_States_Army_Pathfinder_School

Hits hard because its such a perfect reflection of its ethos. That's damn hard to do. But which came first the name or the org that gave the name meaning? I tell this to people trying to come up with the perfect brand in marketing. As much as we want it to be about perfect name selection, the more important activity is what you do to give that name meaning. Xerox, Qtips, or even your local law firm, just words until you deliver something. That's when it becomes something so much bigger than the letters on the page.
