👇 here's how FarBoost works 👇 (info for users and devs, and a gsheet)

Moxie users automatically earn a FarBoost to their Far Score based on how much MOXIE they have locked in the Moxie Protocol by owning Fan Tokens.

The FarBoost is calculated as:

Every 100,000 $MOXIE held by the user in Fan Tokens = 1.0 more Farscore

Some simple math:
Every 
100,000 MOXIE TVL = +1  boost
10,000 MOXIE TVL = +0.1 boost
1,000 MOXIE TVL = +.01 boost

The Farboost is already in effect for all users.

Need more boost? buy some Moxie and use it to buy Fan Tokens.

Devs:
-The FarScore API already now include the full amount with the boost. 
- APIs for just the FarBoost portion of the score will be live on Friday for devs.

Today after FarBoost (based on my 361K TVL in Fan Token holdings):
Far Score 4.634, Far Rank 530

So my interactions will give out more Moxie now.

I was tracking it because of the power badge and open rank, since I was trying to get a foothold for my community. Once Moxie came along I could see the value of it from a base layer incentive structure for engagement and what I see a necessary, emergent model for onchain advertising and sponsorship. 

Was pleasantly surprised to see my/our type of behaviors were aligned perfectly for it. Pays to stay true to who we are.

Love to see it. I wasn't even paying much attention to rankings until Moxie came along. The positive-sum aspects make it fun to track such things more closely.
