I bought some tickets for the Alcazar in Sevilla, that was my girlfriend's present. Tickets never arrive, and company is not answering the phone. They announce themselves as a official tour and are 2 on Google search. It was last day so we lost the chance. It is so sad that they can ruin people holidays like that 😞.

It is amazing how many different protocols and hacks are in the longevity world, but because I love the 80/20 rule for almost everything, seems that what fits in there is: Good sleep, exercise, purpose. And you might interchange purpose with social rich life, but it is tricky.
