pro-tips: make some friends who are not in tech and/or media pick a hobby which forces time outside eg gardening, sailing, climbing, hiking etc. block time on calendar know the world won’t end and people won’t die if you don’t post that last comment before you sleep (unless ofc if you are frontline worker)

thanks - it’s not that I’m looking for help making friends or a hobby Its more the desire, and the poetic injustice to ourselves, being capable of so much more already - i feel like accepting a rock in my shoe, as if it’s normal to deal with the pain. I’ve become frustrated with a screen as interface, maybe.

A phenomenological dissatisfaction with the current interface - optimistic though, not a view point that’s accepting of the status quo, perhaps.
