What’s easy to understand may not be easy to understand for others 

The more you become an expert, the more this blind spot increases, and what’s easy to you (without knowing it’s hard for others) increases

simplicity is a virtue that becomes harder and harder the more you become an expert

The challenge then is: how do you retain this “easy” feeling in doing the simple things, while retaining and learning more and more complex things. How do you retain the child like joy of being a beginner, the newness of things, while not losing the complex muscle memory of doing?

Yeah. I wonder myself as well.

There's beauty and balance in knowing that one solution is to connect with those who are most unlike you. Practice empathy with them to regain perspective.
