- walkable, public transit
- pleasant climate

- Vienna, Austria

- Washington D.C. USA
- Hong Kong
- London

Very low on the list actually for green urban spaces actually

uh interesting! 
i could always find a park within walking distance while I was there + was surprised by amount of nature in places. must’ve been the area

Which area were you in? For example Yoyogi / parts of Shinjuku area is very parky, near imperial palace etc

Also Tokyo is vast and densely urban, and this green urban area is calculated by what amount of space was dedicated to being a park (most of Tokyo is just building, roads, transportation, various infrastructure)

Yutenji / Nakameguro area is wonderful, great area - solidly upper middle class, yeah def more parks etc. 

Lots of Tokyo that a most folks don’t often go to (and if I’m being honest, including myself) like Kita city, and Edogawa city - have a lot less parks

Meguro-Yutenji! lovely residential area close to Shibuya

out of all the parks I went to, my favs are the Yoyogi Park & the Meiji Jingu shrine park next to it. they were both so peaceful & beautiful
