one of my favorite ponderings when applying The Ship of Theseus to the body: the face is a copy, of a copy, of a copy where each revolution is different from the last, leading to the question, what exactly defines "you"

I thought neurons didn't really regenerate and stayed constant through life. But also yes, the majority of the human body is entirely new like every 7-10 years IIRC
