Quick thoughts: I still think social platforms will capture most of the network value by owning distribution, then redistribute it to creators. Feels like the default until proven otherwise. Don’t think we’ll see meaningful p2p creator economies — but keeping an open mind.

The only way forward is for web3 and decentralized tools like farcaster to truly find their place !

When this happens, creators will no longer have to bend under the shadow of big platforms just to be seen 

when a creator connects directly with their audience, without intermediaries, is when everything changes …

There’s always gonna be some kind of interface layer, like Warpcast or others on Farcaster. That layer might be less extractive than web2 giants, but it'll still capture a decent chunk of value just by being the gateway.

Exactly, there’s always going to be an interface layer, but the difference is in web3, that layer is replaceable, unlike web2, where everything like data locked to the platform, here the infrastructure is open, and ownership belongs to the user and the creator !
