I really enjoy beer. But for the last few months I have limited myself to 1 or 2 per week, and I feel better for it.

Same here with wine — I used to have a glass with dinner most nights and have since reduced to weekends only, sometimes not even if we don’t go out for a meal. Sleep, energy, concentration, all gone up tremendously. Mood improvement is what I’ve noticed the most though.
