Anyone have recs for a CRM? We have been using spreadsheets but feeling the need for a better tool. Use cases are relationship management and sales across various stakeholders, e.g. DoD, Congressional offices, DOE, regulators, national labs. 🙏🏼

We use salesforce.. might be a bit overkill for your usecase but it’s definitely very flexible

Notion is pretty great for a customizable CRM that’s easy to share/collab, or salesforce

Feel like after comparing everything it always ends up back at either Hubspot or Salesforce

I’ve used salesforce, hubspot and pipedrive. For smaller teams, I typically recommend pipedrive. It’s easy to set up and maintain without too much bloat or complexity.
