so the last month I’ve been doing OMAD and prepping all my meals M-F A surprising change I noticed: even the tiny bit of hungry feeling combined with me cutting up and cooking the fresh food has made me feel so much more grateful for each meal. before I take my first bite I just acknowledge how awesome it is
