Memes are fraud?

Imo there’s more fraud in “tech projects” promoter to be the next cancer solution while early investors dump

guys go out and find friends and a gf/bf so that u don‘t get psyopped by the insular propaganda of X and FC that memecoins are somehow morally good

like how deranged and online do you have to be to seriously argue that position? You wouldn‘t tell that to your parents/friends with a straight face, just stop

there’s prob no god that could change my following opinion:

Wrongful advertisement to make a financial gain is more fraud that 0-value, negative sum meme games.

That said, I’m all for more utility, more rights to stakeholders.

Isn’t it totally obvious that fraud depends on the claim you make and the following actions?

Ofc many meme launchers rug too but there’s a long list of meme projects that start with 0 or little promises and overachieve.

And yes, I did tell all my friends to not invest in layer 2 tokens but to invest in memes like $degen and $higher.
