Skin in the Game

Skin, in regard to “the game”, is not money. If skin is money, the game cannot be played.   

A monetary stake is a distraction - a false positive. Betting on an outcome, as opposed to participating in the process, makes you a gambler, or to some, an investor - but are you truly invested? 

Money talks, talk is cheap. Donate your money, shed your clothes, show some skin. You are now playing the game. An active participant, released from the role of well intentioned critic - no choice but to shape the present into a favorable future. The game was always intended to be played.

Maybe all-in is the right incentive?

Take all your money, put it into your company, token and then drive value to it. No option to take it out in the first 24 months. I think you gotta shape the present into a favorable future if you're all in.

Def a good incentive if you need some extra Motivation but some optionality isn‘t a bad thing either 😅

(I‘m also more on the risk-taking side but having some safety net will prob also enable you to make better Long-term decisions)

this is exactly where my head’s at. been thinking about this idea related to higher ofc and how i want to move forward with my ventures.
