Basically all my normie friends got phished or scammed already and hardly anyone has proper security. I lost a significant amount but “luckily” not everything as I don’t have all my assets in my public wallet 🙃

Ps: If @zora didn’t ask for connecting the wallet to check for the airdrop or @rainbow hadn’t showed “loading” for 3 mins when I tried to send out the asset I could have saved today’s withdrawal.

AFAIK it just showed the official bridge transaction (“Base portal” but also incl a proxy contract) & 3 minutes later a second send transaction was executed to move out an approved token.

And yep it doesn’t make sense to sign small transactions like nft mints or worse just sign in aka log in somewhere with a wallet connected that holds significant amounts.

Dang bro that sucks!! This is a huge fear for many I know and is always a reminder to regularly check your security and create new wallets to hold
