Closed the twitter account I had for 18 years.

Early posts were things like “need more coffee.” Such simple innocent moments, looking back.

Funny how networked life potentiates both foreverness and ephemerality. The trivial and banal become permanent, but the personal connections and traces of meaning disappear in a click.

This just made me think back to my start on Facebook where me and my friends also just said hi, who’s in town, posted a fun thing on a personal wall or poked a cutie 🙂
