Coming to the realization that stablecoins are crypto's killer use case and it's only a matter of time before every app is pricing things in USDC and not ETH or SOL. Question is who's willing to add extra friction for all their existing crypto-natives in favor something that makes 100x more sense of real people.

Redenominating Sorare NFTs from $eth to $usdc killed it (among other reasons like high inflation). Different apps will do better with different currencies. I don't think using $eth is a big barrier vs $usdc in current apps. In fact, I & many others in crypto prefer to see $eth, are more likely to give it a try and would use $eth over $usdc in most cases. doesn't hurt to run tests though if I reduces or decreases adoption.

In my opinion more crypto startups should lean into token communities to get off the group and bootstrap. It's a superpower to get your first 100 powerusers. Token communities love to see their token in use and support projects. It's okay to add support for others later-on or even replace a token for a better alternative when you outgrow it.

sure for legacy. 99% of all tokens or projects haven't been minted yet. I 100% support this foresight bc let's face it the main reason every project has a token is the casino which will fade into 2nd or 3rd tier importance which is where it actually belongs. How often have you been in Vegas? Me, zero. Lesson in there.
