I just stay away from founders I don't consider trustworthy and in crpyot also from founders that are very opportunistic. In the best case you can make a shit ton of money short-term but you gotta jump before it's too late. Builders building long-term earn trust to store my finances.

Best blockchains in 2024: Base, Arb, Op. Near, Polkadot, Osmosis are solid to use but no 24/7 opportunities. Sui is pretty good to use too despite being so new (I don't hold it right now despite the crypto cabal pumping it).

I don't really use Polkadot but I've been following them closely since 2019 because I believed they got the tech pretty right (shared security, many chains for different use cases which is also a growth hack to onboard builders and community > essentially what Eth is doing now) and genuinely build good stuff.

Their newest upgrade is again very advanced with prob the best throughput and cross-chain communication in crypto - yet this is a solution for ethereum and not polkadot because they build for &or attract users.

That said, Hydradx has build a great DEX experience. It's the one project I'd bet on when Polkadot picks up steam
