Frames (Breaking Change!) 

The frame spec didn't specify a max size when including images via dataURI. You can imagine what happened next. 

Warpcast is now enforcing a 256kB max size limit for images via dataURI. At some point, we will add this limit to the spec since clients cant support infinite sized images.

For breaking changes on frames, is it possible to have a notification/grace period in the future? Helps us make sure we don't have any issues and if so, have time to make some fixes 🙏
