The roadmap should include big problems you aim to solve. The things I don’t care and it’s usually where people put focus is the specific features you think are going to build.

+1 for internal communication. However, when sharing your roadmap publicly, people have an easier time thinking in terms of solutions, explained with apples

That’s true. But sharing it publicly is not as important. What matters most is execution with impact.
