+1 for internal communication. However, when sharing your roadmap publicly, people have an easier time thinking in terms of solutions, explained with apples

The roadmap should include big problems you aim to solve. The things I don’t care and it’s usually where people put focus is the specific features you think are going to build.

1 - a roadmap should outline key milestones, timelines & objectives; the first thing I want to see is whether these components are well-defined and realistic, providing a solid foundation for expectations. another important part is dependencies between teams/phases

2 - exact dates, granular tasks
