It’s the one month mark and starting to feel quite anxious, hard to concentrate etc

But I know these symptoms decrease with time. Alcohol always has been a crux like in my lives.

My son was born and I decided he wouldn’t know a dad that drunk alcohol. Plus I’m seeing a movement with the younger generation, imo alcohol is the cigarettes of the noughties
