Haven’t gone full sober, but cut back a lot in the last six months and definitely been a positive change. Maybe the most noticeable impact is how shitty I feel when I do actually have too much to drink.

Hahaha, I hope it’s not for some short period of time. Otherwise it’s illusion and trade/lie to yourself. BUT. Health is just a coin that you exchange for something.
