Fully Onchain games are the only games I would consider web3 games. Everything else is just games.

Not every game needs to be fully onchain though - like a FPS Farcaster isn't fully onchain - do you not consider it web3? (are we still using 'web3'?)

Farcaster needs web3 to be successful and unique so yes. Def agree that not all games need to be fully on chain but they are just games with cool features. Not an entire new genre.
