You can do all this with /automod. Here's a walkthrough.

I didn't need to with automod, but:

a) I like having site and app on same domain if i can get away with it so `/..` is reserved for `/docs`, `/contact`, while `/~/...` is the authenticated namespace.

b) I like the squig, it reminds me of unix where ~ means user land, which is both tru and nerdy.
