What’s the longest you’ve been away from your phone in the last year? (During waking hours ofc) For me I think it’s 3 hours during dune. I’d bet daily about 45m at most.

Before Warpcast, no issues with being away from it. Since joining, glued. I've set notifications to deliver on specific times of the day. It helps but cant imagine being one day off of it

I want to say this is a generational question. Because anyone from Generation x does not care if they have their phone on them or not. At one time, the item that you say you're addicted to was only a phone. At one time, wireless application protocol or "WAP" was unable to write to the web in real time.
