feature request: a one-cast description of what paperboy is and how it works

I want to set up an array of random compliments / phrases that it will prepend my comment with

Just installed these tipping actions and love how smooth it is! Kudos.

Not sure if it's a feature req or bug report.

My daily allowance is 163 and i have set the Tip amount to 50%. 

Whenever I tip using action for the first time it tips 82. The second tip fails since I have only 81 remaining but the action tries to tip 82. 

Guess we need a better decimal place rounding logic.
