i know we don't do collect calls anymore but it would be interesting to think about how it would be implemented on the blockchain.

there's some other idea in here though. call gating or something like that.

banger. could implement this pretty quick with twilio and a standalone app–even in the browser.

building /automod, /glass • prev manifold.xyz, twilio.com

you might even be able to do this with a @metamask snap extension. would be wild.
