a common theme across the 50+ interviews we've done in the last 10 days is that it is HARD for new users to get started, know where to cast, find their footing and like-minded people. starter packs, /gmfarcaster, FC newsletters, and finding a "onboarding buddy" help — what else? what needs to be better? how?

Standard “find your friends” flow or banner somewhere in app. At least two options: - connect a wallet and find all people you’ve transacted with, in n out, maybe 2nd degree too. - connect twitter and find anyone you follow. After this happens, anyone that follows or has interacted with them onchain should get a notif: “John just joined farcaster” If followed and they cast for the first time, “John casted for the first time”.

i like both of these ideas. we have connect twitter but don't do anything with it for users yet and feel that's a bit wasted, although twitter APIs are so expensive now. have you tried using Vector? they notify all your twitter followers when you join the game. think the connect a wallet is cool if you scan for NFTs and then connect with other people who have similar NFTs: miladys, boys club NFT, doodles, pudgy, etc.
