Will do same thing I did most of last year: put phone in cabinet in living room before bed. No opening until finished writing/journaling.

Day 2: Done. Biked to the office, wrote for 35m. No phone until now.

Got up at 6 and walked to the park. joined the seniors for their morning 15m workout (radio taiso) then wrote for 30m.

didn't touch phone until 7am.
