I commit to writing the first 20 minutes of everyday this week.

Got up at 6 and walked to the park. joined the seniors for their morning 15m workout (radio taiso) then wrote for 30m.

didn't touch phone until 7am.

Day 3: wrote again

Day 7 was my best session. Things were flowin. That’s a wrap on this commitment.

May switch to a prompt journal for a bit, been years since.

Day 2: Done. Biked to the office, wrote for 35m. No phone until now.
