Yea. Unless @jtgi adds a special rule. What if there was a standard smart contract interface with a moderate function that took FID as a parameter and returned true or false. The function could check any asset on ham chain or anything else for that matter. There's FID/wallet mappings on ham chain. Automod could call the function at the specified address and moderate based on the response.
