I usually vent with chatgpt these days, it’s a great listener, usually has context and no social ramifications.

Definitely a fine line between avoiding the burden (or reality) of negativity VS avoiding having an opinion for worry of retribution or guilt, in my own experience at least

That said, have never regretted working out or thinking deeper about it as a vent tho
