Definitely a fine line between avoiding the burden (or reality) of negativity VS avoiding having an opinion for worry of retribution or guilt, in my own experience at least

That said, have never regretted working out or thinking deeper about it as a vent tho

Not nice I’d say.

Mostly cutting comments or opinions on products and takes that I think are true but just negative.

I’ll take it to the gym and journal as per usual though.
