π― it also makes the whole experience more social - you spend weeks between the episodes discussing them with your friends instead of just binging on your couch and chatting about the show for a few days before you find another thing to dive in

I feel bad that this new generation won't get to experience the feeling of rushing home from school, grabbing snacks and getting in front of the TV just in time for your favorite show.

Itβs better for discussion and speculation but worse for absorption and continuity. I actually prefer the new trend of releasing full seasons at once.
