I'm catching up on my reading backlog, and I came to this article fresh off your article about how Uber and Airbnb won by addressing real-world concerns - and this article talks about how those same tactics were, basically, cheating. It was a bit of a whiplash, speaking honestly.

Not criticizing - understanding that the world isn't black and white - but I think it'd be interesting to read from you an article about the dual edges of that particular blade.
