I saw Steve Innskeep recently. During Q&A, a guy asked him, "I notice that, when someone gives you a particularly inane question on Twitter, you'll say 'thanks!' and then explain why they're wrong. Where did you come up with that style?" Steve paused a fraction of a moment and then began his response: "Thanks!"
