The best words align people without leaving much room for misinterpretation Unfortunately, there are also words that exist purely to align people without respect for meaning Increasingly, I feel like “onchain” is in the latter camp

words are a trap and meaning is the fish, once you catch the fish you no longer need the trap or something like that i recall from a chinese proverb

the words still need to "exist" out there for communication don't we? i genuinely think we are horrendous as a society relative to where we could be. so words are sooo critical imo. you probly don't disagree but just clarifying :)

Without words, we couldn’t coordinate. And coordination is a dire need especially these days when trust is in short supply That’s all the more reason to be careful and use the right words Pied piper coordination leads to an even worse outcome
