After reading everyone's comments, I would like to share my thoughts. ① You could provide a prompt every three days, and everyone can submit their works based on that prompt. One week feels a bit long. It would be great if there was a dedicated tab for the works submitted for your prompts. I personally enjoy creating characters and would like to submit works that are not necessarily related to the prompts! ② The prompts could include ideas that were mentioned by others, such as emotions, animals, specific words or phrases, or using only numbers in the works. ③ While everyone could have voting rights, it would be ideal if you had a larger say in the final outcome. I'm starting to have more fun with this!

How about hosting an event where we create faces using only special characters and guess the famous person being depicted? It would be fun to have an art competition like a mission. For example, using only specific characters, expressing certain emotions, and so on. However, to use the tips allocated daily, it would have to be a daily XXX. I wonder if it's sustainable as a daily mission. Creating art every day is certainly not easy. It would be great if funds could be deposited somewhere for character funding and used to activate the channel through such art competitions and events.

The recent /characters posts are very interesting, with each person posting works based on their own logic. However, it feels like different competitions are being held on the same track. How about dividing it into categories? For example: 1. Works that can be used in regular casts without changing the font 2. Works imitating something, like Pepe 3. Works with a message 4. Works combining characters from various angles, other than 1 and 2 After listening to your AMA, I was imagining how this project's ecosystem might develop. For instance, if a sponsor wants to make mugs, they might be more likely to sponsor works from categories 3 or 4. Of course, it's fine to have categories that prioritize creating and viewing works. There are many more ways to divide categories, and I think it would be fun for everyone to present their ideas on how to distinguish categories. We could change the category every few days and decide the top three for each category. 1/2

I'm trying something new: using the 10 letters in "CHARACTERS" to create a face. Everyone has the same letters, but the results will be totally different! This could make for a creative bounty, don't you think?😁 😁 😁

I think there are already so many good ideas out there, but I’ll drop some of mine too. Sorry if it duplicates others already. 1) Drop an “emotion of the day” or the week for everyone to make a character based on the theme or emotion. Obviously smiley face for happy, or frowney faces for perplexed etc 2) not sure this fits the bounty framework here, but just an expansion of an idea. Celebrate subcultures within Characters by electing “schools” of art styles within Characters - Purism (traditional emoticon art :d :( :) ), Kaomoji (^_^) (>_<), Realism (find examples from auction) etc… have people perhaps choose to name themselves under a school or art style or have judges put them in to certain genres? Maybe earn character badges in certain schools of genres etc? Sorry this is a very abstract idea. 3) Host an OG of the week character depiction contest (obviously with their consent) Two prongs: Increase exposure of /characters, create engagement with /characters community and OGs.

You should do different segments of “guess what the emoticon is” where you can drop different emoticons and ask to tell you what movie, song or country the emoticons represents… You can do movies the first week Music the second weeek Country the next and so on

How about this you let people on the channel create emoticons art on characters.lol and post on the channel, I think letting people on the channel vote for the best might be a far fetched cause people could farm votes for tips, so I think you should be the judge of this and if anyone else you trust on the channel can be a judge as well, this would drive traffic to characters.lol and it would also use your tips for bounties, as you said there would be a 1st, 2nd, 3rd and 4th position, this might not be suitable for a daily competition maybe it being an every other day competition or a weekly competition could suffice.

I’d say you should kickstart with an emotion based series, pick an emotion, whoever can best describe the emotion with random characters win. On a larger scale, it can go from emotions, to awareness about different emotions, to diseases and all. Everybody should be able to use /characters to describe topics like these. It will be fun, thoughtful, plus, it’ll be impactful. Though my idea is currently all over the place, i hope you understand.

I think a daily/ weekly challenge would be great and to make it interesting let /characters vote for their winner I guess Just like you said a price for the 1st, 2nd and 3rd. And then you could do a grand one every season end/beginning
