... but, i can't vote on any art already uploaded

If I win an auction and get BOP can I use it to vote in characters uploaded afterwards? And how does sponsoring work? Maybe that's all in the FAQ somewhere? Where?

if you win an auction today, for example, then you can vote on (i) any new art or (ii) any art that has *not* yet been sponsored onchain

i think this is one of the areas where we need docs, and i'm wondering the best way to write them and where to put them...
