2 years after i joined farcaster, /atlas is now a registered company 

named inspired by $ATL

very convenient how it worked out in retrospect

how was the process like btw? and what prompted u to incorporate?

i was finally prompted when my ai agent launched a token and started generating revenue

that plus the new product direction + added devs made it more cost efficient to do things through a company

i went w a lawyer from my network who has experience incorporating operating companies that also have a token

gg @atlas. and interesting stuff. i sometimes think about setting up an entity, just not sure when/at what point. no associated token, but appreciate u sharing thsi perspective

yeah there wasn't much of a need when i was doing mostly solo stuff with some help here and there

but i'm growing the team + moving faster over the next few months so the entity provides a good structure for me to do that
