i expect federal admins to be bad or worse for crypto for quite some time, it's fundamentally anti-establishment, and trying to operate within the margins has not worked out well for the big orgs... what would change this other than new legislation?

Good point, there seems to have been a conversion since he was SEC chair—when he was decidedly anti—with the Electric Cap and the Fireblocks board, etc.
