ted life tip: if you have a good retail or service experience, always find (or make) 2 minutes to send an email to corporate to give the employee or store a shout out. it actually matters. if you want the future of “service” to be more efficient *and* warm, i promise this type of feedback will help us get there.

True, someone from Comcast recently fixed my WiFi after 2 weeks of no internet I was so grateful and offered him a tip He said, "No thanks, please just leave me a good review, that helps a lot more" I gave him a glowing review on one of those SMS surveys

Yeah, this guy was so on top of his game and took pride in his work, three other people failed where he succeeded, pretty inspiring to see, I'm sure he'll keep crushing it
