I have been getting the day off on Saturday and been lazy lately Peak season is approaching, I won't have no more days off soon But it might be time for a new job soon, I don't feel motivated to work there as much as before Does your job motivate you?

I like my job but management leaves a lot to be desired. This will cause me to look elsewhere in the near future.

I feel it man. I am our departments lead tech. I have more certifications than all our other technicians combined. I have been a good chunk responsible for our growth the past 5 years and made us what we are today. I leave they lose 35% of our product line. Does that matter come raise time? Nope. I got a kick in the balls this month of 2.5%. Company is stuck in the 90s and just makes excuses.

It sucks they don't value you either! I sometimes work 11 hrs and I do my entire route and help out other drivers and I don't complain But it's getting really tiring that I am also not valued enough at my job and I do other people's work too...
