I have been getting the day off on Saturday and been lazy lately Peak season is approaching, I won't have no more days off soon But it might be time for a new job soon, I don't feel motivated to work there as much as before Does your job motivate you?

Zero motivation πŸ˜† Been at this job for 15 years. Only thing I'm holding on to is I get amazing bonuses quarterly, and at 20 years, a 75k bonus.

(idk how long you've driven for amazon) does amazon incentivize or reward the drivers during the busy holiday season for packages for the most definite extra work that will be required or is it just normal pay as usual no extra busy bonus
